תיקון: תשס״ה־3, תשפ״ו
על אף הוראות סעיף 72ד, רשאי השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, להורות כי הרשות תתכנן ותקים בעצמה או באמצעות אחר, תחנת שידור להפצת שידורי רדיו של בעל רישיון לשידורי רדיו ספרתי ותפעיל אותה במשך תקופה שיקבע.
