בלי לגרוע מהוראות חוק התחרות הכלכלית, רשאים בעלי זכיון לשידורי רדיו אזוריים להפיק ולשדר שידורים משותפים, בהתאם לכללים שתקבע המועצה לענין זה, לרבות לענין זמן השידורים כאמור.
