73. מימון התחנות
תיקון: תשס״ה־3, תשפ״ו
(א)בעל זכיון לשידורי רדיו או בעל רישיון לשידורי רדיו אנלוגי יקים, יקיים ויפעיל את תחנת השידור ואת האולפן על חשבונו.
(ב)בעל זכיון להפעלת תחנת שידור יקים, יקיים ויפעיל את תחנת השידור על חשבונו.
(ג)בעל רישיון לשידורי רדיו ספרתי יקים, יקיים ויפעיל את האולפן על חשבונו.
