בעל רישיון לשידורי רדיו ספרתי רשאי לממן את שידוריו באמצעות תשלומים שיגבה ממנוייו, באמצעות תשדירי פרסומת שיכלול במסגרת שידוריו תמורת תשלום בשיעור שיקבע, או באמצעות שניהם.
