1. אגרה מיוחדת
תיקון: [הודעות]
דמי הטיפול בעד ביצוע צו הבאה או צו מאסר (להלן – אגרה מיוחדת) לפי פרק ז4 לחוק – יהיו כמפורט להלן:
(1)אגרה מיוחדת בעד ביצוע צו הבאה – 90 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 1995; בשנת 2026, 203 ש״ח);
(2)אגרה מיוחדת בעד ביצוע צו מאסר – 120 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 1995; בשנת 2026, 271 ש״ח).
