25ח. קביעת תנאים
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)המועצה רשאית להתנות מתן רשיון כאמור בסעיף 25ג בתנאים, לשם קיום הוראות סעיף 25ד, בין שהמוסד בישראל חייב למלאם קודם למתן הרשיון ובין לאחר שניתן לו.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף 25ד כדי למנוע ממוסד בישראל לקיים הוראה ובחינות בשפה העברית או בשפה הערבית, אלא אם כן סברה המועצה כי קיום הוראה ובחינות כאמור עלול לפגוע באפשרות של מוסד־האם לקיים פיקוח על המוסד בישראל לשם קיום הוראות הסעיף האמור.
