13. התביעה בגרימת נכות
גרמה העילה לנכותו של הנפגע, יהא הפיצוי על גימלתו הצירוף של שני אלה:
(1)סך כל הגימלאות המגיעות לנפגע עד מועד ההיוון;
(2)קיצבתו המהוונת של הנפגע במועד ההיוון.
