14. היוון קיצבת אלמנה
(א)אלמנת נפגע שבמועד ההיוון היתה זכאית לקיצבה לפי סעיף 28 לחוק, תהא קיצבתה המהוונת E כפול המקדם שבלוח 7 בתוספת.
(ב)אלמנת נפגע שלאור האמור בסעיף 28 לחוק לא היתה זכאית לקיצבה במועד ההיוון, תהא קיצבתה המהוונת E כפול המקדם שבלוח 8 שבתוספת.
