40. סמכויות בדיקה
מי שהרשות המוסמכת הסמיכה אותו לכך בכתב רשאי, לצורך ביצוע חוק זה או לשם מניעה או גילוי של עבירות על חוק זה, להיכנס לכל מקום כדי לערוך בדיקת מלאי, בדיקת פנקסים ומסמכים אחרים ולתפוס כל דבר העשוי לשמש ראיה במשפט על עבירה לפי חוק זה.
