11. פטור
(א)המנהל רשאי לפטור זנים לנסיון מהוראות תקנה 3 לתקופת נסיון ובתנאים שאושרו על ידי הועדה.
(ב)לא יתן המנהל פטור על פי סעיף קטן (א) ליותר משלוש שנים.
