3. איסור מכירת זרעים
(א)לא ימכור אדם, ולא יחזיק למכירה זרעים, אלא אם הם מזן הכלול ברשימת הזנים.
(ב)לא יוסיף אדם את הציון ”זן מכלוא“ או F-1 לשם הזן אלא אם זוהי דרך יצורו.
