2. מינוי ועדה לאישור זנים
(א)שר החקלאות ימנה, בהודעה ברשומות, ועדה לאישור זנים (להלן – ועדה); הועדה רשאית למנות מבין חבריה ועדות משנה ולהעניק להן מסמכויותיה.
(ב)בועדה יהיו חברים נציגי המדינה, ארגונים חקלאיים, יצרני זרעים וסוחרי זרעים. כיושב ראש הועדה יכהן נציג מינהל המחקר החקלאי.
