5. מכונות
תיקון: תשע״א
לא יפעיל אדם ולא ירשה להפעיל מכונה כמשמעותה בתקנות מניעת מפגעים (רעש בלתי סביר מציוד בניה), התשל״ט–1979, לצרכי חפירה, בניה, הריסה או כיוצא באלה, באזור מגורים, בין השעות 19.00 ל־07.00 למחרת ובין השעות 17:00 בערבי ימי מנוחה ל־7:00 למחרת יום המנוחה, זולת אם הפעלת המכונה דרושה באופן דחוף לשם מניעת סכנה או הפרעה בלתי סבירה לבטחון הציבור, בריאותו או בטיחותו, או להסרת סכנה או הפרעה כאמור.
