32. הפקת זרעים מושבחים
תיקון: תש״ל־2
(א)לא יפיק מפיק מוסמך זרעים מושבחים אלא בציוד שבדק מפקח.
(ב)לא יאשר מפקח ציוד להפקה אלא אם הוא נקי מכל זיהום או שיירי שימוש קודם לרבות זרעים אחרים.
