33. תערובת זרעים מושבחים בהפקה
תיקון: תש״ל־2
(א)לא יערבב מפיק מוסמך זרעים מושבחים שגודלו בשדות שונים.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי מפיק מוסמך לערבב זרעים מאושרים אשר גודלו בשדות שונים, למעט זרעי ירקות ואגוזי־אדמה, אם נתמלאו בהם התנאים האמורים להלן ולאחר שקיבל לכך אישור מאת המנהל:
(1)הזרעים נאספו משדות שנזרעו בזרעים רשומים משדה אחד;
(2)ניטלה מהם, לפני הערבוב, דוגמה לבדיקה במעבדה הרשמית.
