29יט. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשע״ח־2
(א)הממונה אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בטור ג׳ בתוספת השנייה או בתוספת השלישית, לפי העניין, או בסעיף 29יד, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)נותן אישור, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בטור ג׳ בתוספת השנייה או בתוספת השלישית או בסעיף 29יד, ובשיעורים שיקבע.
