לא שילם המפר עיצום כספי במועד, ייווספו על העיצום הכספי, לתקופת הפיגור, ריבית שקלית ודמי פיגורים, עד לתשלומו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, בשינויים המחויבים; בפרק זה –
