135ז. סמכות יישום הסכמים
תיקון: תשע״ו־23
על אף האמור בסעיפים 231 ו־234, המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך יעביר מידע לרשויות מס במדינות זרות ויפעל בכל הנוגע לכך, ככל הנדרש בהתאם להסכם פטקא והסכם יישום, והוראות סעיף 214ב יחולו.
