173ב. דחיית מועדים בשל חג או חול המועד
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
המועד האחרון להגשת דין וחשבון לפי פרק זה יידחה אם בחמשת הימים שקדמו למועד האמור היו לפחות שלושה ימי מנוחה, והוא יהיה ביום החול הרביעי שמתום ימי המנוחה הבאים ברצף; לענין זה, ”ימי מנוחה“ – ימי המנוחה הקבועים במדינת ישראל כמשמעותם בסעיף 18א(א) לפקודת סדרי השלטון והמשפט, התש״ח–1948, וכן חול המועד.
