178. ספק לגבי מס השנה הקובעת
היה סכום המס לשנה הקובעת שנוי במחלוקת אך עולה על סכום המס שנקבע לאחרונה קביעה סופית, תחושב המקדמה לפי סכום המס לשנה הקובעת שאינו שנוי במחלוקת או לפי סכום המס שנקבע כאמור, הכל לפי הסכום הגדול יותר; ”קביעה סופית“, בסעיף זה – קביעה שאיננה ניתנת להשגה או לערעור.
