179. שר האוצר רשאי לשנות שיעורים ומועדים
תיקון: תשמ״א־6, תש״ן־4
שר האוצר רשאי, בצו, להגדיל את שיעור המקדמות לפי סימן זה, או להקטינו, לשנות את תאריכי פרעונן או לקבוע כי המקדמות ישולמו אחת לחודשיים או אחת לתקופה אחרת שיקבע; כן רשאי הוא לקבוע שיעורי מקדמות שונים לגבי שנים קובעות שונות, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת – לגבי כל אחת מהמקדמות בתוך שנת המס או לגבי סוגים שונים של נישומים.
