181א. סמכות למתן הנחה
תיקון: תשכ״ח־2
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות הנחות שיינתנו למי ששילם מקדמות לפי סימן זה לפני המועד שנקבע לתשלומן או למי ששילם מקדמות בסכום העולה על המגיע ממנו, והכל בשיעורים ובתנאים שקבע, אם דרך כלל או לסוג מסויים של נישומים.
