184. תשלום לאחר השגה
תיקון: תשכ״א־2
נמסרה לאדם הודעת שומה מתוקנת לפי סעיף 152(א), או צו לפי סעיף 152(ב), חייב הוא, תוך 15 יום מיום מסירת ההודעה או הצו, לשלם את יתרת המס המגיעה ממנו לפיהם – ואם הגיש ערעור לפי סעיף 153 – את יתרת המס שאינה שנויה במחלוקת.
