לא שילם המפר עיצום כספי במועד, ייווספו על העיצום הכספי, לתקופת הפיגור, הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כהגדרתם בסעיף 159א(א) (בסימן זה – הפרשי הצמדה וריבית), עד לתשלומו.
