215. עבירות שאין עליהן עונש מפורש
תיקון: תשל״ח־5, תשס״ג־4
אדם שעבר על פקודה זו או על תקנה שהותקנה לפיה, ולא נקבע לאותה עבירה עונש מפורש אחר, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 (בחלק זה – חוק העונשין), או שני העונשים כאחד.
