224. אחריות המסייע לעריכת דו״ח
מי שסייע לאחר לערוך דו״ח, הודעה או מסמך אחר לצורך פקודה זו, כשהוא יודע שאותו דו״ח, הודעה או מסמך כולל ידיעה לא נכונה, או אדם שהתייצב כנציגו של נישום ומסר ידיעה לצורך פקודה זו כשהוא יודע שאינה נכונה, יראוהו, לענין הסעיפים 215–217 ו־220 כאילו עשה את הדברים האמורים.
