לא תוגש תביעה פלילית לפי פקודה זו כעבור שש שנים משנת המס שבה נעברה העבירה, ובמקרה של עבירה על הוראות סעיף 220 – כעבור עשר שנים משנת המס שבה נעברה העבירה.
