המנהל רשאי לפרסם אחת לשנה רשימה של כל הנישומים שהורשעו בשנה הקודמת בפסק דין חלוט בעבירה על פי סעיף 220; פרסום כאמור ייעשה בשני עתונים יומיים לפחות.
