82. פרשנות
תיקון: תשס״ה־9
(א)”הסבה“, לענין הסעיפים 83, 84 ו־86 – לרבות הקנאה, חוזה, הסכם, הסדר או העברה של נכסים.
(ב)שום דבר האמור בסעיפים 83 ו־84 אינו בא למנוע במקרים שאין סעיפים אלה חלים עליהם מלנהוג בהכנסה מכוח הסבה, לענין מס, כאילו היתה הכנסתו של המסב.
