18. ביטול רשיון
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)השר או מי שהוא הסמיכו לפי סעיף 15 רשאי לבטל רשיון למסחר בעתיקות לצמיתות או להתלות תקפו לתקופה שקבע, אם בעל הרשיון הורשע בעבירה לפי חוק זה או התקנות לפיו.
(ב)סוחר שרשיונו בוטל או הותלה יהא דינו כדין אספן.
