2. בעלות המדינה בעתיקות
(א)עתיקה שנתגלתה או שנמצאה בישראל לאחר תחילתו של חוק זה, יהיו היא והשטח שבו נמצאה או נתגלתה והדרוש לשמירתה לפי הגבולות שיקבע המנהל, לנכס המדינה.
(ב)הטוען שעתיקה נתגלתה או נמצאה לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, עליו הראיה.
