9. תחולתו של חוק עזר
חוק עזר לפי סעיף 6 יחול גם בתחום המים של מקום הרחצה, כפי שייקבע בחוק העזר, אף אם אינו כלול בתחום הרשות המקומית, ובלבד שלא ירחק מקילומטר אחד מנקודת שפל המים שבחוף.
