Section 2 of תקנות הזרעים (פיקוח על יבואם), תשל״ה–1975, בקשת רשיון.
2. בקשת רשיון
(א)אדם הרוצה לייבא זרעים יגיש לרשות המוסמכת בקשה למתן רשיון יבוא ויכלול בה פרטים אלה:
(1)סוג וזן הזרעים המיובאים;
(2)מקום גידולם של הזרעים (Origin).
(ב)הרשות המוסמכת או המנהל רשאים לדרוש ממגיש הבקשה לרשיון יבוא להמציא לו כל פרט נוסף על הפרטים לפי תקנת משנה (א) בקשר לזרעים המיובאים.
