3. תנאים לרשיון יבוא
לא תתן הרשות המוסמכת רשיון ליבוא זרעים אלא אם הזרעים הם מגידול, מזן וממקור המצויינים ברשימת הזנים המורשים למכירה והם מאותם גידולים שזנים שלהם כלולים ברשימה האמורה.
