7. הוראות בענין קטיף פרי הדר
(א)לא יקטוף אדם פרי הדר ליצוא –
(1)כשהוא רטוב מטל;
(2)בזמן גשם.
(ב)פרי הדר המיועד ליצוא –
(1)לא ייקטף אלא במקטפות, אולם המנהל רשאי להתיר קטיף ידני שלא במקטפה, אם נוכח, שעל אף שיטת קטיף כזו, לא ייפגע הפרי ויתאים ליצוא;
(2)לא יותר לאריזה אם נקטף בצורה החורגת מהמקובל;
(3)משנקטף יכוסה בתוך המכלים בתקופות ובחמרים שקבע המנהל בהתייעצות עם המועצה.
