Casa do Brasil is Avi Carel's Brazilian meat restaurant, in Eilat since 2001 or 2002: mako and Rest give the first year, foodis and the town's tourism site the second. Photour reported that Carel had run other restaurants in the town and went to Rio de Janeiro to learn the churrascaria at the Porcão chain before he opened it. It serves in the style its menu calls espeto corrido, the running skewer: passadores go from table to table with the skewers and carve the meat straight onto the plate, from picanha to veal asado, 11 kinds for 259 shekels a diner or 12 with aged ribeye for 289, with rice, chili con carne, potatoes, salad and chimichurri for the table as much as you like, and there is a menu of steaks, fish, pasta and children's dishes besides. It ages its own meat and sells it by the kilo at a butcher's counter. For almost a quarter of a century it stood at 3 Hativat Golani Boulevard, next to the Nova hotel; on 1 September 2026, Maariv reported, it reopened in a new home in front of the Isla Brown hotel, beneath the well-known infinity pool at the entrance to the city, with 450 seats. Its website promises live Brazilian music on some evenings and a private room for up to 30, which it marks as coming soon, and asks guests to book ahead, above all at peak hours. 2eat found the old restaurant serving 600 to 800 people on summer evenings in 2022, and mako's guide of May 2026 called it one of the oldest and largest meat restaurants in Eilat, run by one family, where you can eat a great deal of meat on a modest budget.

Its website gives 12:00 to 23:00 every day, Saturday included, on every page and in its FAQ, and the tourism site eilat.city says the same. Its Google listing, as its Tabit booking record copied it on 24 September 2026 and as Wanderlog showed it on 29 September, has shorter evenings: Sunday to Wednesday until 22:00, Thursday and Saturday until 22:30, and Friday until 23:30. Its booking schedule on Tabit, last changed on 1 September 2026, runs from 12:00 to midnight, and its Tabit record adds that at weekends tables can be booked by phone between 17:30 and 22:45.
