Gluten Free Bakery is Yoav Jacobi's bakery at 4 Moshe Dayan Street, in Hutzot HaMifratz in Haifa, and everything it bakes is free of gluten. Its site tells how the bakery grew out of coeliac disease entering the family's life: Yoav studied the subject and learned, by trial and error, to make the family's favourite recipes in another way, and from there came the idea of sharing them with everyone. Fresh from the oven every day come breads, croissants, bourekas, sambusak, pizzas and focaccias, and a patisserie corner has cakes and biscuits. The bakery also sells frozen products and doughs for baking at home. The site says people with coeliac disease come to it from all over the country.
