Naima is a cafe and coffee roastery in downtown Haifa, with the cafe at 49 Derekh Yafo and the roastery at 11 Wadi Salib. Its site says it opened in 2021 to be an inclusive hub for exploring specialty coffee, and that it is proud to add to Haifa's long coffee culture. The coffees are bought in season from growers who work sustainably and transparently, roasted in Haifa as close to the harvest as possible, and kept bright and fruit forward. The cafe serves espresso drinks, V60 and AeroPress filter coffee, cold brew and matcha, and the site sells the beans and brewing equipment and supplies cafes, restaurants, hotels and offices.
