The Ofaimme farm's tavern in the restored historic barn of Hansen House: the farm's own wine and small plates of its cheeses, vegetables and smoked fish.

HaDir, Hebrew for the animal pen, is the tavern the Ofaimme farm set up at Hansen House, the compound built about 130 years ago as a hospital for people with leprosy, closed behind its wall for more than a century and now home to artists and designers. It sits in the compound's historic pen building, which was restored under strict conservation terms. Its page calls it a small, pleasant bar for meeting, hearing good music, drinking together and eating a thing or two at night. The bar pours the farm's new wine by the glass and serves many small plates of the farm's produce: its cheeses, vegetables, baked goods, pickles and fish; the farm's own beers are on tap. Guests sit inside or on the terraces of the garden around it. It is open Sunday to Wednesday from 18:30 to 00:30, on Thursday from 19:30 to 23:30 and on Saturday night from 20:30 to 00:30, and is closed on Friday evening.
