A kosher chef's meat restaurant on Shlomtzion HaMalka Street in central Jerusalem, run for more than 17 years by chef and owner Itzik Danieli.

Noya is a kosher lemehadrin chef's meat restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem, open for more than 17 years under chef and owner Itzik Danieli. Its site says the dishes bring together French and Mediterranean cooking: every meal opens with focaccia from the stone oven, the starters include beef carpaccio, liver pâté on onion jam and arancini filled with pulled asado, and the mains run from a 340 gram entrecôte and lamb chops to asado in a chestnut and honey sauce, lamb kebab and baked salmon. A business lunch is served Sunday to Thursday between 13:00 and 17:00. The restaurant also hosts private events for up to 90 guests, among them bar mitzvahs, sheva brachot and company dinners. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 13:00 to 23:00 and closed on Friday, and on Saturday night it opens by advance booking only.
