Baronita is chef Ayelet Tzioni's restaurant in the Baron's stables, a building of 1885 beside the midrachov, Zichron Yaakov's pedestrian street, that has been restored and preserved: the dining room is where the Baron's horses stood, and his grooms slept upstairs. Tzioni managed the band Gaia before she turned to cooking. She began with Ayelet and Gili, a small home restaurant, and in 2014 moved it into the stables and renamed it Baronita. By the restaurant's account she cooks her own versions of the recipes she grew up on, shaped by her Yemenite mother and grandmother and by vegetarian, healthy and seasonal food, and serves them on pottery from Shiluvim, a workshop of people with special needs. Her daughter Liri is in charge of the design, and Ofer of the plants and the furniture. Upstairs are a couples' suite and the Baron's Room, a private room for up to 30, and with the courtyard the compound takes events of up to 150 guests. The kitchen is kosher meat, under the regular certificate of the Zichron Yaakov rabbinate. In January and February 2026 its courtyard was one of the stages of ZichroNights, the town's winter music series.

These are the hours on its Google listing, as Restaurant Guru copies it; the Google data held by its booking page on Tabit showed the same on 28 September 2026. Its own website gives no hours. Its booking schedule on Tabit, last changed on 21 July 2026, agrees for Sunday to Thursday but runs to 17:00 on Friday, and b144 gives Friday as 11:00 to 16:00. No source has it opening on Saturday night.
