17ה. סייג להצגה של המחיר הכולל
תיקון: תשס״ב
על אף הוראות סעיפים 17א עד 17ג, רשאי עוסק, במשך שבעה ימים מיום שהוגדל או שהופחת שיעורם של מס, אגרה או כל תשלום חובה אחר החל על המכירה, שלא לכלול במחיר המוצג את שיעור ההגדלה או ההפחתה, בתנאי שציין באופן בולט במקום העסק, כי המחיר אינו כולל את השיעור המוגדל או המופחת.
