השר, או כל שר בתחום סמכותו יחד עם השר, רשאים לקבוע, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, כללים לפרסום או להצגה באופן שונה של מחירי נכס או שירות, או של סוגי נכסים או שירותים.
