תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)על קביעת הממונה לפי סעיף 22לב ניתן לערער לבית משפט המוסמך לפי הוראות סעיף 22כ(א); ערעור כאמור יוגש בתוך 45 ימים מיום שנמסרה לעוסק הודעת הקביעה.
(ב)אין בהגשת ערעור על קביעת הממונה כדי לעכב את ביצוע ההוראות לפי פרק זה החלות מכוח קביעת הממונה כאמור, אלא אם כן בית המשפט הורה על כך.
