22לה. פרסום הודעת קביעה
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)הממונה יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של הרשות הודעה הכוללת פרטים אלה לעניין הודעת קביעה:
(1)מהות ההפרה והנסיבות המחמירות שבשלהן ניתנה הודעת הקביעה;
(2)פרטים על אודות המפר;
(3)שמו של המפר – אם הוא תאגיד.
(ב)על פרסום הודעת הקביעה יחולו הוראות סעיף 22כא(ב) עד (ו), בשינויים המחויבים.
