35. סמכויות המכס
לענין סמכויותיהם של רשות המכס ושל פקידי המכס, יראו יבוא בניגוד לסעיפים 2(ב) ו־17 כעבירה על דיני המכס, ופקיד המכס יהא רשאי לתפוס את הטובין שנעברה העבירה בהם או לגביהם בחזקת טובין מחולטים כמשמעותם בפקודת המכס.
