הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על שירות הניתן בידי אחד מאלה:
(1)תאגיד בנקאי כמשמעותו בחוק הבנקאות (שירות ללקוח), התשמ״א–1981;
(2)מבטח או סוכן ביטוח כמשמעותם בחוק הפיקוח על עסקי ביטוח, התשמ״א–1981;
(3)נותן שירותים פיננסיים כהגדרתו בחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (שירותים פיננסיים מוסדרים), התשע״ו–2016;
(4)חברת תשלומים כהגדרתה בחוק הסדרת העיסוק בשירותי תשלום וייזום תשלום, התשפ״ג–2023.
