2. מחירים מרביים בעד תכשיר מרשם
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשע״ח־2
(א)המחיר לקמעונאי בעד תכשיר מרשם לא יעלה על המחיר המחייב לקמעונאי לאותו תכשיר במחירון.
(ב)המחיר לצרכן בעד תכשיר מרשם לא יעלה על המחיר המחייב לצרכן לאותו תכשיר במחירון.
