1. כינון המועצה למוצרי פרי הדר
מכוננת בזה מועצה למוצרי פרי הדר בהרכב הקבוע בסעיף 37 לחוק.
לפי סעיף 37 לחוק המועצות למוצרי פירות וירקות (ייצור וייצוא), תשל״ג–1973, מספר חבריה של מועצה למוצרי פרי־הדר יהיה שלושה־עשר ובהם תשעה נציגי יצרנים, שלושה נציגי ממשלה, שיתמנו, אחד אחד, בידי שר התעשיה והמסחר, שר החקלאות ושר האוצר, ונציג היצואנים הכלליים; את יושב ראש המועצה ימנה שר התעשיה והמסחר ואת סגנו – שר החקלאות.
