1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אמות המידה“ – אמות מידה לרמה, לטיב ולאיכות השירות של ספק שירות חיוני, שנקבעו לפי סעיף 33 לחוק;
”חיבור“ – כהגדרתו בפרק ג׳1 של אמות המידה;
”חצרים“, ”מקום צרכנות“, ו”ספק שירות חיוני“ – כהגדרתם בפרק א׳1.1 של אמות המידה;
”ניסוי התייעלות“ – בדיקה ומדידה של אופן מדידת הצריכה של חשמל, דרכי חיוב צרכנים או נושאים אחרים המתייחסים לחיבור והעברה של חשמל, במטרה להגיע לדרכים ושיטות לייעול משק החשמל.
